Eligibility

Rewards are available exclusively to Sona members. To qualify as a Sona member, you must:

• Be eligible to receive Sona's services through your employer, or as a spouse, partner, or dependent of someone eligible to receive Sona's services from their employer.
• Download the Sona app and create a Sona account.

Reward offers

From time to time, Pelago may offer rewards, such as gift cards, to Sona members for completing certain activities.

A reward is only available when it has been explicitly offered to you by Pelago in an official Sona communication (e.g., an email). Completing an activity without an explicit reward offer does not qualify you for a reward.

Each offer states the activity required, the reward amount, any applicable deadlines or conditions, and any limits on the number of rewards you can earn. Not all members will receive the same offers.

Where an offer requires a conversation, this means a substantive conversation beyond greetings, lasting at least 2 minutes. Where an offer requires activity on separate days, this means separate calendar days.

Limitations

• New member reward: These offers are available only to new Sona members and are limited to one redemption offer per member.
• Pulse check rewards: The pulse check offer is limited to four gift card redemptions per qualifying Sona member.

Multiple registrations by the same individual, including through different email addresses or accounts, are not permitted.

These offers are subject to change.

Verification

Pelago reserves the right to verify that program requirements have been completed before issuing a reward.
