TCPA Consent
and Authorization

By providing your telephone number and agreeing to this TCPA Consent and Authorization, you consent to receive communications from Digital Therapeutics, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Sona by Pelago platform and related services as described below.

Consent to communications

You expressly consent to receive the following types of communications from Digital Therapeutics, Inc., its affiliates, agents, and service providers at the telephone number(s) you provide:

  1. SMS and MMS text messages;
  2. Voice calls, including calls using prerecorded or artificial voice messages;
  3. Messages sent via WhatsApp, push notifications, or other messaging platforms;
  4. Communications sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer).

Purpose of communications

These communications may include, but are not limited to: service-related notifications and alerts; reminders, check-ins, and engagement messages related to your use of Sona; account and security notifications; responses to your inquiries; information about features, updates, or changes to the platform; and promotional or marketing messages about our services.

Use of automated technology

You understand and agree that some or all of the communications described above may be delivered using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice messages, or artificial voice technology. Your consent to receive autodialed and prerecorded messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your use of the platform and your communication preferences. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges from your carrier.

How to opt out

You may revoke your consent to receive communications at any time by:

  1. Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us;
  2. Adjusting your communication preferences within the Sona by Pelago platform;
  3. Contacting us at support@hellosona.com; or
  4. Calling us at the number provided in the platform.

After you opt out, you may receive a single confirmation message. Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of other forms of communication, and opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of service-related messages necessary for the operation of your account.

Consent not required for service

Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing messages is not a condition of using Sona or receiving any services.

However, if you do not consent to receive service-related communications, certain features of the platform that rely on messaging may be unavailable or limited.

Your representations

By providing a telephone number, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the current subscriber or authorized user of that telephone number; (b) you have the authority to provide this consent; and (c) you will notify us immediately if your telephone number changes or is reassigned to another person.

Changes to this authorization

We may update this TCPA Consent and Authorization from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by other means. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
